Keppel Land's luxury apartment development, the Marina Bay Residences (MBR) was awarded the Green Mark Gold Award in 2007.

Energy-saving features incorporated at MBR include heat reducing glass, highly efficient but low-power consumption lifts and a sensor-driven venting system in the carpark. These features are expected to achieve annual savings of about $0.5 million.

In addition, an extensive covered walkway and pedestrian network links the entire Marina Bay Financial Centre and the Mass Rapid Transit, encouraging MBR residents to utilise public transport.
