Keppel Land's The Tresor condominium project at Duchess Road was awarded the Green Mark Gold Award in 2006. Completed in November 2007, the development incorporates green features such as a waterless urinal at the clubhouse toilet, solar-powered lights and the use of recycled plastic for children's playground equipment.
